Split to side plank transition, with intent to do a one armed, one legged crow after, but that sorta… Erm. Fell thru? @sharonmariees came closer than I did! @wspyprov

A very moody grasshopper variation. I like to imagine my phone on the ground by my ear. I’d be all “Oh. Hey. Nothin. Just chillin.”

Thanks for the fun photo session, @sharonmariees @wspyprov. I need to know what this is huge and somewhat torture-some compass-like posture is called!

Crazy. I know. This is yogymnastics brought to you by two cups of tea. Haven’t practiced very much in the last few days, sometimes the coolest stuff happens after a little break. Just happy to be upside down again. Lets call it Tornaderunga. @nayefzarrour get on it. @laurasykora could do it better.

Crow to handstand, (cheating, but still). If you don’t have a strap, a scarf works just as well. So cold in my space this morning, socks were necessary.

Handstand to chinstand, the only way I can seem to make it work! I am working on the straight/together legs version, but I just tend to belly flop. Jammy pants help…

A little one-legged crow, workin hard :)

Calm waters.

Calm waters.

My furry little friend here just wants to be where I am ALWAYS, resulting in this funny little outtake. He just waltzed right in and parked his skinny little butt in front of my handstand.
