Crow to handstand, (cheating, but still). If you don’t have a strap, a scarf works just as well. So cold in my space this morning, socks were necessary.
Handstand to chinstand, the only way I can seem to make it work! I am working on the straight/together legs version, but I just tend to belly flop. Jammy pants help…
